Return Policy and Instructions for Returns


All return merchandise must meet the following conditions:


  1. Customer service must be notified before the merchandise can be returned.
  2. Goods must be placed in a separate shipping carton for transportation back to Creative Basics.
  3. A copy of the receipt (invoice) must be on the outer carton for easy identification.
  4. Goods must be in a resaleable condition unless defective. Resaleable is defined as "any item you would deliver with confidence to your most important customer."
  5. Goods must be unopened, unused and in the original product packaging.
  6. The original product packaging must be free of writing, markings and return labels.
  7. All instructions and warranty cards supplied by the manufacturer must be included.
  8. Defective Toner Cartridges: A printed sample page MUST accompany a defective toner cartridge.
  9. Open cartridge and Toner boxes WILL NOT be accepted for return or credit - PLEASE double check to make sure you have the right cartridge before you open the box.
