Return Policy and Instructions for Returns
All return merchandise must meet the following conditions:
- Customer service must be notified before the merchandise can be returned.
- Goods must be placed in a separate shipping carton for transportation back to Creative Basics.
- A copy of the receipt (invoice) must be on the outer carton for easy identification.
- Goods must be in a resaleable condition unless defective. Resaleable is defined as "any item you would deliver with confidence to your most important customer."
- Goods must be unopened, unused and in the original product packaging.
- The original product packaging must be free of writing, markings and return labels.
- All instructions and warranty cards supplied by the manufacturer must be included.
- Defective Toner Cartridges: A printed sample page MUST accompany a defective toner cartridge.
- Open cartridge and Toner boxes WILL NOT be accepted for return or credit - PLEASE double check to make sure you have the right cartridge before you open the box.
